Booking
Terms
Payment:
A deposit of
one quarter of the total holiday price is payable at the time of
booking. The balance is to be paid four weeks prior to the commencement
of your holiday. Should you book less than four weeks from the commencement
of your holiday the full amount will be payable and should be sent
with the complete booking form. Receipt of any deposit shall not
constitute acceptance of booking until confirmed in writing.
Booking:
A provisional
telephone booking will be held for one week. If a booking form and
deposit is not received within that time it is assumed that the
booking has been cancelled.
Cancellation:
If a holiday
maker cancels before taking up the let, having given due notice
to us in writing, we shall do our utmost to re-let the property
concerned. If we are able to do so we shall refund the balance of
any rent paid, less a handling fee of £25. Non payment of the balance
of rent will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to
the handling fee. If the holidaymaker cancels a booking and we are
unable to re-let the property, the holidaymaker is still responsible
for the balance of rent due if this has not already been paid. Payment
is due within seven days of demand. Cancellation insurance is recommended:
We enclose a leaflet for your attention. If our cover is required
the completed insurance form should be returned to the insurance
company, with the relevant premium.
Arrival
and Departure: Visitors
are requested to arrive between 3.00 p.m. and 5.30 p.m. Properties
should be left in a clean and tidy condition and vacated by 10.00
a.m. on the Saturday morning of departure. Sorry no all male or
all female parties under the age of 25, unless a reference is provided
with the booking form.
Pets: Whilst we welcome up to 2 dogs, at a small additional fee, they
must not be allowed to sleep on the beds or furniture and must not
be left alone in the cottages.
